# Suru vs Return Today

The clearest difference is rating: Return Today at 5.0 against Suru's 4.6. Return Today also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly). Suru's advantage is ratings volume (526 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Suru sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Return Today sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Return Today holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Suru has 526 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Suru ships an update fortnightly, Return Today every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
