# Abs & Core Workout Programs vs Six Pack in 30 Days

The clearest difference is monetization model: Abs & Core Workout Programs at free with in-app purchases against Six Pack in 30 Days's subscription. Six Pack in 30 Days's advantage is review sentiment (92% vs 60%) and ratings volume (31K vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Abs & Core Workout Programs sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Six Pack in 30 Days sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Abs & Core Workout Programs holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Six Pack in 30 Days has 31K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Abs & Core Workout Programs's written reviews are positive against 92% of Six Pack in 30 Days's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 8, 2026 respectively.
