# Gravity! vs Black hole finder

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Black hole finder at none against Gravity!'s 1. Black hole finder also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). Gravity!'s advantage is review sentiment (74% vs 63%). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gravity! sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Black hole finder asks for nothing beyond the download.

Black hole finder holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 18 and 7 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of Gravity!'s written reviews are positive against 63% of Black hole finder's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Gravity! ships an update every 2 months, Black hole finder every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
