# Real Go Board vs CrazyStone DeepLearning

The clearest difference is rating: CrazyStone DeepLearning at 4.7 against Real Go Board's 3.8. CrazyStone DeepLearning also leads on ratings volume (1K vs 24). Real Go Board's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Real Go Board sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and CrazyStone DeepLearning sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CrazyStone DeepLearning holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CrazyStone DeepLearning has 1K ratings behind it against 24, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of Real Go Board's written reviews are positive against 71% of CrazyStone DeepLearning's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Real Go Board ships an update every 3 weeks, CrazyStone DeepLearning every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
