# Intercom Conversations vs NetBuddy

The clearest difference is review sentiment: NetBuddy at 100% against Intercom Conversations's 18%. NetBuddy also leads on rating (5.0 vs 2.1) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Intercom Conversations's advantage is ratings volume (171 vs 1) and device support. On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NetBuddy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Intercom Conversations has 171 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
