# BLUEcloud MobileStaff vs Google Admin

The clearest difference is rating: BLUEcloud MobileStaff at 2.5 against Google Admin's 1.7. BLUEcloud MobileStaff also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). Google Admin's advantage is ratings volume (520 vs 4) and review sentiment (11% vs 0%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BLUEcloud MobileStaff holds the better App Store score, 2.5 against 1.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Google Admin has 520 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of BLUEcloud MobileStaff's written reviews are positive against 11% of Google Admin's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BLUEcloud MobileStaff ships an update every 10 months, Google Admin every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
