# Zee 5 vs The Zeus Network

Zee 5 and The Zeus Network both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 88% of The Zeus Network's written reviews are positive against 15% of Zee 5's. The Zeus Network also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (166K vs 24K). Zee 5's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 months). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Zee 5 sells 21 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and The Zeus Network sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

The Zeus Network holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: The Zeus Network has 166K ratings behind it against 24K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 15% of Zee 5's written reviews are positive against 88% of The Zeus Network's.

Zee 5 ships an update every 6 days, The Zeus Network every 2 months. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
