# Zee 5 vs IFAASD

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: IFAASD at none against Zee 5's 22. IFAASD also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Zee 5's advantage is ratings volume (24K vs 3) and update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). On price and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Zee 5 sells 21 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. IFAASD asks for nothing beyond the download.

IFAASD holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Zee 5 has 24K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Zee 5 ships an update every 5 days, IFAASD fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
