# PDF Expert vs Site Report Pro

PDF Expert and Site Report Pro both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 76% of Site Report Pro's written reviews are positive against 45% of PDF Expert's. PDF Expert's advantage is ratings volume (217K vs 639) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PDF Expert sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Site Report Pro sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for PDF Expert against 4.7 for Site Report Pro. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PDF Expert has 217K ratings behind it against 639, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 45% of PDF Expert's written reviews are positive against 76% of Site Report Pro's.

PDF Expert ships an update fortnightly, Site Report Pro every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 8, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
