# Sign vs AurioMas

The clearest difference is rating: AurioMas at 5.0 against Sign's 1.8. AurioMas also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). Sign's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sign sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. AurioMas asks for nothing beyond the download.

AurioMas holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sign has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
