# Visalia First vs Valley Pure

Visalia First and Valley Pure both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 58% of Valley Pure's written reviews are positive against 33% of Visalia First's. Valley Pure also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 3 months). Visalia First's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and device support (4 vs 1). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Visalia First holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 16 and 23 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Visalia First's written reviews are positive against 58% of Valley Pure's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Visalia First ships an update every 3 months, Valley Pure every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
