# Disney Magic Timer by Oral vs GUM SMART

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Disney Magic Timer by Oral at 16K against GUM SMART's 4. Disney Magic Timer by Oral also leads on review sentiment (61% vs 41%). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Disney Magic Timer by Oral sells 12 one-off in-app purchases and GUM SMART sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $27.49 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GUM SMART holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Disney Magic Timer by Oral has 16K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 61% of Disney Magic Timer by Oral's written reviews are positive against 41% of GUM SMART's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Disney Magic Timer by Oral ships an update every 5 weeks, GUM SMART every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
