# iPrayers vs Ramayan RamCharitManas

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Ramayan RamCharitManas at 73% against iPrayers's 0%. Ramayan RamCharitManas also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 38 months) and ratings volume (9 vs 1). iPrayers's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.2) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iPrayers sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Ramayan RamCharitManas sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

iPrayers holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ramayan RamCharitManas has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of iPrayers's written reviews are positive against 73% of Ramayan RamCharitManas's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iPrayers ships an update every 38 months, Ramayan RamCharitManas every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
