The clearest difference is update cadence: Microsoft 365 Admin at every 6 weeks against Camnube's every 9 months. Microsoft 365 Admin also leads on ratings volume (5.8K vs 2). Camnube's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Camnube holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Microsoft 365 Admin has 5.8K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
