# Microsoft 365 Admin vs Squadle Workflows

The clearest difference is rating: Microsoft 365 Admin at 4.6 against Squadle Workflows's 4.0. Microsoft 365 Admin also leads on ratings volume (5.8K vs 4). Squadle Workflows's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 78%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Microsoft 365 Admin holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Microsoft 365 Admin has 5.8K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 78% of Microsoft 365 Admin's written reviews are positive against 100% of Squadle Workflows's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Microsoft 365 Admin ships an update every 6 weeks, Squadle Workflows every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
