# Eye Workout vs Eye3D

The clearest difference is update cadence: Eye3D at every 3 days against Eye Workout's every 4 months. Eye3D also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Eye Workout sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Eye3D sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Eye Workout ships an update every 4 months, Eye3D every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
