# CrewLink Plus Crew vs Wader Pilot Logbook

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Wader Pilot Logbook at 98% against CrewLink Plus Crew's 36%. Wader Pilot Logbook also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). CrewLink Plus Crew's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (12.2 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CrewLink Plus Crew sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Wader Pilot Logbook sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $79.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CrewLink Plus Crew holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wader Pilot Logbook has 22 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of CrewLink Plus Crew's written reviews are positive against 98% of Wader Pilot Logbook's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CrewLink Plus Crew ships an update every 3 months, Wader Pilot Logbook monthly. The most recent releases landed on August 10, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
