# Gait vs WristSet

The clearest difference is ads: Gait at none against WristSet's shown. Gait also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 weeks) and iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gait sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and WristSet sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Gait ships an update every 6 days, WristSet every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
