# A & B & C vs Stack Buddies

The clearest difference is rating: Stack Buddies at 4.2 against A & B & C's 3.7. Stack Buddies also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 6 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. A & B & C sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Stack Buddies sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Stack Buddies holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Stack Buddies has 56 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

A & B & C ships an update every 6 months, Stack Buddies every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
