# Fliptastic vs PhotoMotion

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Fliptastic at 58% against PhotoMotion's 2%. Fliptastic also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 17 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fliptastic sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and PhotoMotion sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
