# AYOA vs Hour Stack

The clearest difference is update cadence: AYOA at every 2 weeks against Hour Stack's every 4 weeks. AYOA also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AYOA sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $17.00 per month and Hour Stack sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AYOA ships an update every 2 weeks, Hour Stack every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
