# Почта России vs Route

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Route at 80% against Почта России's 37%. Route also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). Почта России's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 3.7) and in-app purchases (none vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Route sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per 7 days. Почта России asks for nothing beyond the download.

Почта России holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Почта России has 14K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 37% of Почта России's written reviews are positive against 80% of Route's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Почта России ships an update every 2 weeks, Route every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
