# Почта России vs Global Tuning

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Global Tuning at 100% against Почта России's 37%. Global Tuning also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Почта России's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 20 months) and ratings volume (14K vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Global Tuning holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Почта России has 14K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 37% of Почта России's written reviews are positive against 100% of Global Tuning's.
