# Sing Sharp vs Simply Sing

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Sing Sharp at 69% against Simply Sing's 27%. Simply Sing's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.7 vs 4.3). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sing Sharp sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Simply Sing sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Simply Sing holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Simply Sing has 468K ratings behind it against 14K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 69% of Sing Sharp's written reviews are positive against 27% of Simply Sing's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sing Sharp ships an update every 5 weeks, Simply Sing weekly. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
