# Sing Sharp vs Perfect Pitch

Sing Sharp and Perfect Pitch both sit at 4.3 stars, but that hides the real split: 69% of Sing Sharp's written reviews are positive against 32% of Perfect Pitch's. Sing Sharp also leads on ratings volume (14K vs 472). Perfect Pitch's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sing Sharp sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Perfect Pitch sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Perfect Pitch holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sing Sharp has 14K ratings behind it against 472, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 69% of Sing Sharp's written reviews are positive against 32% of Perfect Pitch's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sing Sharp ships an update every 5 weeks, Perfect Pitch weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
