# Premium Clock Collection vs SimpleClock.

Premium Clock Collection and SimpleClock. both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 75% of SimpleClock.'s written reviews are positive against 38% of Premium Clock Collection's. SimpleClock. also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 8) and update cadence (every 7 months vs every 23 months). Premium Clock Collection's advantage is ratings volume (56 vs 5). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Premium Clock Collection sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. SimpleClock. asks for nothing beyond the download.

Premium Clock Collection holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Premium Clock Collection has 56 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 38% of Premium Clock Collection's written reviews are positive against 75% of SimpleClock.'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Premium Clock Collection ships an update every 23 months, SimpleClock. every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
