# TenantCloud Pro vs SHQ Management

The clearest difference is ads: TenantCloud Pro at none against SHQ Management's shown. TenantCloud Pro also leads on review sentiment (33% vs 0%) and ratings volume (823 vs 5). SHQ Management's advantage is rating (4.2 vs 3.9) and monetization model (ad-supported vs freemium). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SHQ Management holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TenantCloud Pro has 823 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of TenantCloud Pro's written reviews are positive against 0% of SHQ Management's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TenantCloud Pro ships an update every 2 months, SHQ Management every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
