# Week View Calendar vs Week Calendar Pro

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Week View Calendar at 100% against Week Calendar Pro's 42%. Week View Calendar also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.9). Week Calendar Pro's advantage is ratings volume (60 vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 7 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Week View Calendar sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Week Calendar Pro sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Week View Calendar holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Week Calendar Pro has 60 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Week View Calendar's written reviews are positive against 42% of Week Calendar Pro's.

Week View Calendar ships an update every 7 months, Week Calendar Pro every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
