# SendSmart vs CRM Video

SendSmart and CRM Video both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of SendSmart's written reviews are positive against 25% of CRM Video's. SendSmart also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). CRM Video's advantage is ratings volume (382 vs 3). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SendSmart holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CRM Video has 382 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of SendSmart's written reviews are positive against 25% of CRM Video's.

SendSmart ships an update every 6 weeks, CRM Video monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
