# Walker vs HappyRx

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: HappyRx at none against Walker's 1. HappyRx also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 months). Walker's advantage is ratings volume (1.6K vs 1) and iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Walker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. HappyRx asks for nothing beyond the download.

HappyRx holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Walker has 1.6K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Walker ships an update every 3 months, HappyRx every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
