# BNC App vs DARB

The clearest difference is rating: DARB at 4.6 against BNC App's 3.0. DARB also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ratings volume (12K vs 4). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BNC App sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. DARB asks for nothing beyond the download.

DARB holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DARB has 12K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 50% and 49% positive.

BNC App ships an update every 6 weeks, DARB every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 22, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
