# Synonym Match vs Find It

The clearest difference is price: Find It at Free against Synonym Match's $1.99. Find It also leads on rating (4.9 vs 3.4) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 38 months). Synonym Match's advantage is review sentiment (73% vs 36%) and in-app purchases (none vs 20). On device support there is nothing between them.

Find It is free to download; Synonym Match costs $1.99 up front. Find It sells 20 one-off in-app purchases. Synonym Match asks for nothing beyond the download.

Find It holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Find It has 4.8K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of Synonym Match's written reviews are positive against 36% of Find It's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Synonym Match ships an update every 38 months, Find It every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
