# МегаФон vs Optimus View

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Optimus View at 86% against МегаФон's 15%. Optimus View also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.8). МегаФон's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 20 months) and ratings volume (3K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Optimus View holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: МегаФон has 3K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 15% of МегаФон's written reviews are positive against 86% of Optimus View's.

МегаФон ships an update monthly, Optimus View every 20 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
