# МегаФон vs HitProxy

The clearest difference is rating: МегаФон at 3.8 against HitProxy's 3.2. МегаФон also leads on ratings volume (2.9K vs 171). HitProxy's advantage is review sentiment (45% vs 16%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

МегаФон holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: МегаФон has 2.9K ratings behind it against 171, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 16% of МегаФон's written reviews are positive against 45% of HitProxy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

МегаФон ships an update monthly, HitProxy every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
