# Google Admin vs Quidlo Timesheets

The clearest difference is rating: Google Admin at 1.7 against Quidlo Timesheets's 1.0. Google Admin also leads on ratings volume (524 vs 2). Quidlo Timesheets's advantage is update cadence (every 3 months vs every 8 months) and review sentiment (25% vs 11%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Google Admin holds the better App Store score, 1.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Google Admin has 524 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 11% of Google Admin's written reviews are positive against 25% of Quidlo Timesheets's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Google Admin ships an update every 8 months, Quidlo Timesheets every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
