# Fresco Mobile vs UniFi

The clearest difference is update cadence: UniFi at fortnightly against Fresco Mobile's every 3 months. UniFi also leads on ratings volume (25K vs 2). Fresco Mobile's advantage is iOS requirement (9.3 vs 18.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

UniFi holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: UniFi has 25K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
