# instdown vs Bee Network

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Bee Network at 89% against instdown's 51%. Bee Network also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). instdown's advantage is ratings volume (148K vs 4.6K) and rating (4.7 vs 4.5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. instdown sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per year and Bee Network sells 41 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

instdown holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: instdown has 148K ratings behind it against 4.6K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of instdown's written reviews are positive against 89% of Bee Network's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

instdown ships an update every 5 weeks, Bee Network every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
