# Fieldwire vs QuickPlan Basic

The clearest difference is price: Fieldwire at Free against QuickPlan Basic's $19.99. Fieldwire also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (14K vs 148). On rating, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Fieldwire is free to download; QuickPlan Basic costs $19.99 up front. Fieldwire sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and QuickPlan Basic sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
