# Salesforce Authenticator vs The Review Solution Express

The clearest difference is rating: Salesforce Authenticator at 4.6 against The Review Solution Express's 3.7. Salesforce Authenticator also leads on ratings volume (4.3K vs 6) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). The Review Solution Express's advantage is review sentiment (75% vs 52%) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Salesforce Authenticator holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Salesforce Authenticator has 4.3K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 52% of Salesforce Authenticator's written reviews are positive against 75% of The Review Solution Express's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Salesforce Authenticator ships an update monthly, The Review Solution Express every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
