# Time for Settlers vs TurnClock

The clearest difference is update cadence: TurnClock at every 3 weeks against Time for Settlers's every 2 months. Time for Settlers's advantage is iOS requirement (9.1 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Time for Settlers sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and TurnClock sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Time for Settlers ships an update every 2 months, TurnClock every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 25, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
