# Dummy Hero vs Dummy Online

Dummy Hero and Dummy Online both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 92% of Dummy Online's written reviews are positive against 55% of Dummy Hero's. Dummy Online also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). Dummy Hero's advantage is ratings volume (159 vs 5) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dummy Hero sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Dummy Online sells 22 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.4 for Dummy Hero against 4.4 for Dummy Online. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dummy Hero has 159 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 55% of Dummy Hero's written reviews are positive against 92% of Dummy Online's.

Dummy Hero ships an update every 2 months, Dummy Online every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
