# Jet2 vs EVie

The clearest difference is update cadence: Jet2 at weekly against EVie's every 3 months. Jet2 also leads on ratings volume (796 vs 2) and review sentiment (57% vs 41%). EVie's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EVie holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Jet2 has 796 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of Jet2's written reviews are positive against 41% of EVie's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Jet2 ships an update weekly, EVie every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
