# dwellingLIVE vs SentriConnect

The clearest difference is rating: SentriConnect at 2.2 against dwellingLIVE's 1.3. SentriConnect also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 26.0). dwellingLIVE's advantage is ratings volume (639 vs 56). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SentriConnect holds the better App Store score, 2.2 against 1.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: dwellingLIVE has 639 ratings behind it against 56, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 6% of dwellingLIVE's written reviews are positive against 3% of SentriConnect's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

dwellingLIVE ships an update every 3 months, SentriConnect every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
