# dwellingLIVE vs Drop Counter

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: dwellingLIVE at none against Drop Counter's 1. Drop Counter's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Drop Counter sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. dwellingLIVE asks for nothing beyond the download.

dwellingLIVE ships an update every 3 months, Drop Counter monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
