# HEC Mobile vs OfficerTRAK

The clearest difference is rating: OfficerTRAK at 2.6 against HEC Mobile's 2.1. OfficerTRAK also leads on update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (359 vs 17). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

OfficerTRAK holds the better App Store score, 2.6 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OfficerTRAK has 359 ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of HEC Mobile's written reviews are positive against 29% of OfficerTRAK's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

HEC Mobile ships an update every 5 months, OfficerTRAK every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
