# AB Quantum vs ElkTracker

The clearest difference is rating: AB Quantum at 4.7 against ElkTracker's 1.0. AB Quantum also leads on ratings volume (2.9K vs 1) and chart position (#99 vs unranked). ElkTracker's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AB Quantum sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and ElkTracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $39.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AB Quantum holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AB Quantum has 2.9K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

AB Quantum ships an update fortnightly, ElkTracker every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
