# AB Quantum vs Freebore

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Freebore at 100% against AB Quantum's 45%. Freebore also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). AB Quantum's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (2.9K vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AB Quantum sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Freebore sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Freebore holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AB Quantum has 2.9K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
