# SSG.COM vs trendmecca

The clearest difference is ads: trendmecca at none against SSG.COM's shown. trendmecca also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). SSG.COM's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (3K vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

trendmecca holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SSG.COM has 3K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

SSG.COM ships an update every 10 days, trendmecca every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
