# SSG.COM vs 라이프워크

The clearest difference is ads: 라이프워크 at none against SSG.COM's shown. 라이프워크 also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). SSG.COM's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SSG.COM ships an update every 10 days, 라이프워크 every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
