# 咪咕视频 vs Colorer

The clearest difference is ads: Colorer at none against 咪咕视频's shown. Colorer also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and review sentiment (50% vs 21%). 咪咕视频's advantage is ratings volume (4K vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 咪咕视频 sells 32 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Colorer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Colorer holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 咪咕视频 has 4K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 21% of 咪咕视频's written reviews are positive against 50% of Colorer's.

咪咕视频 ships an update fortnightly, Colorer every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
